Here is a Master bathroom remodel project for a family in
Aurora, Colorado. These new homeowners found a leak in their custom
master bathroom and asked Remmert Construction to rebuild it. We tore
this bathroom down to the studs, found both leaks and addressed them.
Poured a new custom shower pan, and assisted with the design for the
tile work in the shower, the tub surround and the floor.

This bathroom remodel was due to a water leak caused by
improper shower tile installation by the previous contractor. We were
able to demo out the existing tile, dry and resolve the water leak
issues, upgrade the bathroom with in-flooring heating, upgraded shower
tile, tub surround tile and floor tile and finished off this remodel
with a frameless shower door enclosure.

This project is shown from concept through finish. Remmert
Construction designs most patios, decks and garages to fit the layout of
your property. This homeonwer wanted to keep the Spanish style of her
100 year old home so we added rough sawn lumber posts and joists,
concrete barrel tiles for the roof and then added barrel tile accents to
the edge of her brick faced home.

Beautiful views surround this garage up in the mountains in
Conifer, Colorado. This garage is an over sized (2) gar (30' wide x 24'
deep) plenty of room for 2 cars and a bonus room. This garage required
an Engineered foundation and nearly 25 yards of concrete to complete,
10' walls finished off with (3) windows to get some natural light.

Remmert Construction built this Art Studio in Wheatridge,
Colorado when the existing structure was demolished by a drunk
driver. We demolished the existing 16'x16' building and foundation,
increased the footprint to a 16'x20' building with 8' walls, monolithic
concrete foundation, (2) 2x4 skylights, (4) 60"x48" windows and a
3-0x6-8 service door. To increase safety, we also added concrete filled
8" steel bollards outside of the fence line.

This patio was built for a couple that just bought a new home
in Erie, Colorado. They wanted to add outdoor entertaining space to
their new property. Together we came up with a design for the patio,
poured concrete and finished with a stamped finish and taupe stain.

Mrs. Bornstein was having major storm water pooling on the side
of her new home. We decided the best course of action was to demo out
the slab that was poured with the stucco wall, excavate 1'-0" beneath
the existing slab, which we then replaced with 5" of pea gravel, added a
new 4" drainage system, poured back the concrete and slopped it to the
(5) new storm drains.
